Everything was perfect ! I had multiple updates on the delivery and the customer service was very quick to respond. The chair is in perfect condition and was very well packaged. It is beautiful and everything we expected ! I would only recommend a few more instructions on the assembly manual but overall it was a great experience. Thank you !!

Excellent customer service. I was a little nervous ordering a chair from the other side of the planet but the whole process was seamless with timely updates. When my chairs were finished, I got photos of them from multiple angles, showing my custom order was exactly as I had ordered. Unfortunately, I was traveling for three months when the chairs were being built and shipped. They arrived last week and my son put them together and sent photos. He said they're really well made and very comfortable and I'm looking forward to getting home and enjoying them! The process and end product have exceeded my expectations and I'll happily refer anyone to doing business with Fuleague for beautiful and well-made custom furniture. Now Im eyeing their couches to round out the living room.

I was hesitant about ordering an expensive and large piece of furniture from abroad, but am so glad I did. I’ve wanted an Eames Lounge chair for years, but couldn’t stomach the price for an original, even at DWR outlet prices (~$5-9k). I am super pleased and impressed with my custom order Fuleague chair. I did the tall version, with white oak plywood, and the upgraded green leather and it is very high quality and gorgeous. I expect it to last a lifetime. About 6 weeks from order to delivery, as promised, and last mile delivery in the US was via UPS. Updates were good throughout the process. I highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely experience! The customer service was incredibly helpful, always friendly, responsive, and available whenever I needed assistance. And the chair itself is absolutely beautiful, great quality and even more stunning in person. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it!

Gorgeous chair. A work of art. Loved the first one so much, this is my second in a different color. My wife with back problems, she prefers to sit in this chair over any other in the house.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was seamless, from exploring the design options through to delivery. The chair is excellent quality and looks exactly as described on the website.
One thing to note is that it is definitely a two-person job to assemble, as the chair is very heavy—but that is a reflection of its solid construction rather than a downside.
The manufacturing and live shipping tracking were excellent and kept me informed every step of the way. However, although the delivery was scheduled for the afternoon, the driver arrived at 9AM instead. Luckily we had someone at home at the time to receive the delivery.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the entire experience. I would not hesitate to order from them again and will definitely be considering other products from them in the future. Highly recommended!
