I love this chair. Everyone that has seen it loves it. The customer service is EPIC. You get a text and photo or link at every stage. I would buy a second one in the velvet fabric in a heartbeat. It arrived on time. It's spectacular. It's incredibly comfortable. Seriously - don't even hesitate. I got the walnut shell with the boucle, and it's stunning.

Everything was perfect ! I had multiple updates on the delivery and the customer service was very quick to respond. The chair is in perfect condition and was very well packaged. It is beautiful and everything we expected ! I would only recommend a few more instructions on the assembly manual but overall it was a great experience. Thank you !!

Excellent customer service. I was a little nervous ordering a chair from the other side of the planet but the whole process was seamless with timely updates. When my chairs were finished, I got photos of them from multiple angles, showing my custom order was exactly as I had ordered. Unfortunately, I was traveling for three months when the chairs were being built and shipped. They arrived last week and my son put them together and sent photos. He said they're really well made and very comfortable and I'm looking forward to getting home and enjoying them! The process and end product have exceeded my expectations and I'll happily refer anyone to doing business with Fuleague for beautiful and well-made custom furniture. Now Im eyeing their couches to round out the living room.

I was hesitant about ordering an expensive and large piece of furniture from abroad, but am so glad I did. I’ve wanted an Eames Lounge chair for years, but couldn’t stomach the price for an original, even at DWR outlet prices (~$5-9k). I am super pleased and impressed with my custom order Fuleague chair. I did the tall version, with white oak plywood, and the upgraded green leather and it is very high quality and gorgeous. I expect it to last a lifetime. About 6 weeks from order to delivery, as promised, and last mile delivery in the US was via UPS. Updates were good throughout the process. I highly recommend!

Henry and his remarkable team delivered the chairs with impeccable timing, ensuring they were shipped just before China’s long holiday. This impressive feat truly highlights their unwavering commitment and efficiency. I received the shipment yesterday, and I was absolutely thrilled to discover that the leather quality and the artistry of the cushions are nothing short of exquisite. I’m absolutely delighted that I made such a wise choice!

beautiful chair well made!
The chair is very comfortable. It is a little lower than I expected – an option to raise or lower it would be good.
The chair was relatively easy to put together with two very significant exceptions: attaching the two parts of the chair required two people and it was very hard to locate the screws correctly; and it was exceptionally difficult to attach the arm cushions – the screw holes were difficult to find and the angle for installing them was almost impossible to navigate.
Great product for the price. A bit tricky to assemble but easily worked out. Using it to listen to music and it’s ideal.

Great quality and communication
As described and on time. Great communication about shipping.
Absolutely lovely experience! The customer service was incredibly helpful, always friendly, responsive, and available whenever I needed assistance. And the chair itself is absolutely beautiful, great quality and even more stunning in person. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it!
I appreciated the options available with my purchase, and loved that I was notified every step of the way. I will definitely be ordering more from Fuleague!
Gorgeous chair. A work of art. Loved the first one so much, this is my second in a different color. My wife with back problems, she prefers to sit in this chair over any other in the house.
I just received the chair today and I’m very happy with it!Thank you!
