Everything was perfect ! I had multiple updates on the delivery and the customer service was very quick to respond. The chair is in perfect condition and was very well packaged. It is beautiful and everything we expected ! I would only recommend a few more instructions on the assembly manual but overall it was a great experience. Thank you !!

Excellent customer service. I was a little nervous ordering a chair from the other side of the planet but the whole process was seamless with timely updates. When my chairs were finished, I got photos of them from multiple angles, showing my custom order was exactly as I had ordered. Unfortunately, I was traveling for three months when the chairs were being built and shipped. They arrived last week and my son put them together and sent photos. He said they're really well made and very comfortable and I'm looking forward to getting home and enjoying them! The process and end product have exceeded my expectations and I'll happily refer anyone to doing business with Fuleague for beautiful and well-made custom furniture. Now Im eyeing their couches to round out the living room.

I was hesitant about ordering an expensive and large piece of furniture from abroad, but am so glad I did. I’ve wanted an Eames Lounge chair for years, but couldn’t stomach the price for an original, even at DWR outlet prices (~$5-9k). I am super pleased and impressed with my custom order Fuleague replica. I did the tall version, with white oak plywood, and the upgraded green leather and it is very high quality and gorgeous. I expect it to last a lifetime. About 6 weeks from order to delivery, as promised, and last mile delivery in the US was via UPS. Updates were good throughout the process. I highly recommend!

Very happy with my purchase. Henri provided excellent follow-up throughout the entire process and kept me updated at every step.
The sofa arrived exactly as expected and matches the description perfectly. The color is beautiful, the quality is great, and it looks fantastic in our apartment.
The lead time was a bit long, but this was clearly communicated from the beginning, so there were no surprises or disappointments.
Overall, a great experience, great service, and a beautiful sofa. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome product and company. Essentially built to order and I wasn’t in a hurry. Once the chair was built I got pictures and accurate tracking. Hard to find this chair with a cloth option, and the boucle fabric is super comfortable. Very happy with the purchase.

Loved the communication from this company – updates on when this chair set was complete (with pictures!!) and where it was in the shipping process. I love this chair and the white bouclé fabric – so well made. Easy to assemble. Thinking about getting a matching one now.
