What are the Benefits of Creating an Account?

Creating a Fuleague account makes shopping on our site much easier and more convenient. With an account, you can:

  • Track Orders: Easily check the status of your current order and view details of previous purchases.
  • Save Shipping and Billing Information: Save time during checkout by storing your shipping and billing information.
  • Write Reviews and Ask Questions: Share your feedback on products or ask questions about them.
  • Wish List: Add items to your Wish List, so you can come back and purchase them later.

How to Register?

Registering for an account on Fuleague is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the Sign In/Register button located at the top right of the page.
  2. Click "Create an account" below to enter the registration page.
  3. Fill in your email address.
  4. Click Register to go directly to the "My Account" page, and the system will prompt "Your account with Fuleague is using a temporary password. We emailed you a link to change your password." Some mailboxes take about 10 minutes to receive the email, and sometimes the email is in the spam folder of your mailbox.
  5. Find the email "Your Fuleague account has been created!" in your mailbox and click "Click here to set your new password" in the email to jump to the password change settings page. If you do not receive an email, please log out and click "Lost your password" to change your password. Please refer to >> Forgot my password.
  6. Fill in your new password and save to complete the setup.
  7. On the "My Account" page, click "Account Details" and "Address" to update your name and address.

Once registered, you'll be able to enjoy all the benefits of having an account, such as order tracking, saved addresses, and more!

Can I Add a Guest Order to My Later Created Account?

Unfortunately, orders placed as a guest cannot be added to your account after the fact. If you want an order to be associated with your account, please make sure you create or log in to your account before placing the order.

Forgot Your Password?

No problem! Here's how you can reset your password:

  1. Go to the top-right corner and click the "Sign In/Register" button.
  2. Click the "Forgot Password" button.
  3. Enter your registered email address .
  4. Click "Reset Password".You’ll receive an email with reset password link. Some mailboxes may take up to 10 minutes to receive emails, and sometimes the email is in the spam folder of your mailbox.
  5. Click "Click here to reset your new password" in the email to jump to the password change settings page.
  6. Enter a new password and save it.

How Do I Change My Account Information?

You can easily update your account information by visiting the Account section:

  • Account Details: Change your name and update your password for better security.
  • Address: Update your Shipping and Billingaddresses for faster checkout.

Be sure to click the SAVE button to save any changes before leaving the page.

How to Write a Review?

To write a review on a product, go directly to the product page of the item you purchased. Scroll down to the Ratings & Reviews section, Fill in your review in the "Add a review" area and click Submit

Please note that only registered users who have purchased the product can leave reviews. So, you need to create or log in to your account first before submitting a review.
