I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was seamless, from exploring the design options through to delivery. The chair is excellent quality and looks exactly as described on the website.
One thing to note is that it is definitely a two-person job to assemble, as the chair is very heavy—but that is a reflection of its solid construction rather than a downside.
The manufacturing and live shipping tracking were excellent and kept me informed every step of the way. However, although the delivery was scheduled for the afternoon, the driver arrived at 9AM instead. Luckily we had someone at home at the time to receive the delivery.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the entire experience. I would not hesitate to order from them again and will definitely be considering other products from them in the future. Highly recommended!
